Origins
Switzerland. Smallest of the four Swiss Mountain Dogs, named after the Swiss town and river of Entlebuch. Used by herdsmen to drive cattle to market.

Personality
This is a good natured, intelligent dog that makes a good companion provided it gets plenty of space.
